Scheduling Your Pickup
Best Times for Pickup:
Mondays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM are ideal for pickups and typically have the most availability.
Please Avoid:
Wednesday mornings are our busiest time at the store. We kindly ask that you schedule pickups for other days when possible to ensure we can provide you with the best service.
Pickup Tips
- Schedule in advance: Contact movers early to ensure availability, especially for larger items
- Measure doorways and vehicles: Confirm your items will fit through exits and into your transport
- Communicate clearly: Let movers know exactly what items need to be moved and any special handling requirements
- Have a plan: Know where items will be placed in your home before movers arrive
- Payment: Arrange payment details with movers directly before pickup day
